Your challenge

As Teamleader Production within the Business Unit METAL you are responsible for the coordination of the daily production activities.

• You lead and motivate a team of about 20 colleagues, including the foremen.
• You realise optimal, safe working conditions and guarantee a good working atmosphere.
• You support, evaluate and encourage personal and professional development.
• You plan the production process.
• You ensure an efficient work distribution that guarantees the expected targets.
• You ensure the quality of the finished products according to our high quality standards.
• You are present on the shop floor as much as possible.

Your profile

• You are an experienced people manager who can both inspire and delegate.
• You have a bachelor by education or experience and have already worked in the metal sector for several years.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• You are communicative, hands-on, results-oriented and team-oriented.
• You are good at planning and organising.
• You share our values: expertise, perseverance, integrity, passion and dynamism.
