Lybover marks an important milestone in its growth story with the symbolic first stone for the expansion of its headquarters in Waregem. In the presence of mayor Kurt Vanryckeghem, city council members Rik Soens and Kristof Chanterie as well as several local residents, this festive event, which marks a significant expansion of our infrastructure, was celebrated.

Leading in engineering

Lybover is a prominent player in dedusting, bulk handling, production of steel and stainless steel components, sorting plants and separation machines. The group of companies has an excellent reputation as a supplier of high-quality, tailor-made solutions. With branches in Waregem, Bruges, Beringen and sales offices in France and the UK, Lybover has built up a strong international customer base.

New infrastructure for further growth

The 5 million euro investment will significantly expand the headquarters in Waregem. There will be 80 new work places, a new refectory and more meeting and training facilities. Moreover, the new auditorium facilities will be available to local associations. This expansion coincides with Lybover’s 40th anniversary in 2025, a symbolic milestone for the group.

‘We would like to thank the city council for giving our business group space to do business and have done so since the very beginning of Lybover. Next year we will be 40 years old, but our approach is more relevant than ever’
– Hans Boels CEO of Lybover

Growing demand for smart and sustainable solutions

Lybover is growing from a local player to an international authority in engineering. After the Benelux and the DACH region, the group is increasingly receiving requests from Scandinavian countries such as Norway, Sweden and Denmark and continues to focus on sectors striving for a sustainable future. Thanks to tailor-made solutions, industrial processes become more sustainable, efficient and energy-efficient

Of course, we keep an eye on our own footprint, also with this expansion. But the real impact we have is mainly with our customers and the sustainable handprint we leave there. Our customised solutions have an impact on people and the environment. Year in, year out.
– Hans Boels, CEO of Lybover

Future-oriented investment

Besides the infrastructure expansion, Lybover is also investing in IT and innovative technologies such as 3D engineering and Virtual Reality. This modern approach enables agile project execution and supports the company’s continued growth.
